check.torporject reports an update for the latest version of TBB

Users of the tor-browser-2.2.35-8_en-US (at least Windows) are greeted with "There is a security update available for the Tor Browser Bundle."

https://check.torproject.org/?lang=en-US&small=1&uptodate=0

Following the download link leads to the same version that is "installed".

I guess that many users will find that confusing.
