Improvements in description of titles in browser manual

Hi. I was going through the tb-user manual, and on the front page, i.e., https://tb-manual.torproject.org/ - I observed a pattern that: the purple text is the title of the link, and the grey text is a small description of the title. This facilitates the user to understand the linked article in brief( I suppose) Under the link "Known Issues", the description is also "Known issues", which I felt was a little ambiguous. So, I propose we tweak this description a little bit. It could be like: " Known privacy issues while using Tor Browser"; this should be open to discussion.
