Add 'Tor Browser' prominently to the /download page

The page to download the Tor Browser, https://www.torproject.org/download/ , is linked from many places with the 'download tor browser' button.

But if you arrive to the page directly from out-of-tpo, there is no indication that the downloads are for Tor Browser. It does not say Tor Browser clearly.

We should add 'Tor Browser' somewhere prominently on the page.
