Add .well-known/org.flathub.VerifiedApps.txt

boklm requested to merge add-org.flathub.VerifiedApps.txt into main

Add .well-known/org.flathub.VerifiedApps.txt for verification of the torbrowser-launcher flatpak on flathub.org.

According to c80ea17c we can't have a .well-known directory in assets (lektop won't copy it). But we can add a org.flathub.VerifiedApps.txt at the root and add a redirect from .well-known/org.flathub.VerifiedApps.txt.
