Fixed links and para classes in privchat #4

No rush, can wait until tomorrow @gus. Minor fixes I missed earlier:

• Added a link to the first onion routing paper: https://www.onion-router.net/Publications.html#IH-1996
• Fixed the para classes in Biella's bio
• Removed syverson.org – it's lapsed :(
