Website Feedback

I sat down with a number of users today and listened and watched their experience as they tried to get Tor Browser from our website.

The first stop point was the warning on the download easy page, https://www.torproject.org/download/download-easy.html.en. They thought the page didn't render correctly and the red triangle exclamation point stopped them all from downloading tor browser. No one read the warnings, they just stopped.

When prompted, they then clicked the download button and proceeded on. The feedback was to refresh the page after clicking the download button to highlight the warnings and get rid of the red triangle with an exclamation point inside.
