drop tor2web from the website lists

We have a bunch of people who are concerned with tor2web, and think it needs to disappear. Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't, but I think it's fair to stop listing it as a Tor project on our website.

I think that's the official projects list, and also the table on the volunteer page.
