GitLab is used only for code review, issue tracking and project management. Canonical locations for source code are still https://gitweb.torproject.org/ https://git.torproject.org/ and git-rw.torproject.org.
Like last year, we probably want to add our donation banner to the torproject.org homepage. We can probably reuse the design from the browser banner. The banner is currently being designed.
