Allow search on https://oniongit.eu

One can only search the GitLab instance by using the search function of a user (e.g. https://oniongit.eu/boklm/ which one has to find by accident via a search engine or else). It'd be nice if one could find projects (tor, tor-browser-bundle, etc.) from the homepage.
