Add LTS as an option on the Debian repository page

Hi, can someone please add Tor 0.2.9 (long term support) as an option on the Debian repository page at https://www.torproject.org/docs/debian.html.en

Do we have a LTS or 0.2.9 Debian package on dev.torproject.org?
