During the service roadmap we agreed on the following for search.torproject.org.

• When JS is enabled, a user will be able to retrieve search results on each portal by querying search.torproject.org

• When JS is not enabled a user will be take to search.torproject.org/

Search.torproject.org will be running Apache SOLR, the html/js frontend will be provided through a pyramid web application that will query SOLR and return the results to the user.
