Symlink to latest Tor build

It would be nice if there were a symlink to the lastest version of the Tor builds inside of https://www.torproject.org/dist/.

This way third party applications that need to automatically fetch the latest build of Tor can use a certain URL. For example the latest Build for windows will be: https://www.torproject.org/dist/win32/tor-latest.exe and this will redirect to: https://www.torproject.org/dist/win32/tor-0.2.2.35-win32-1.exe.
