According to legacy/trac#6540, both the stable and alpha releases of Tor Browser are signed, making the Gatekeeper bypass howto at https://www.torproject.org/download/download-easy.html.en#mac unnecessary. This patch removes the instructions, which were originally added in legacy/trac#14838.
