We should update the hidden service documentation page to show a correct example path for the _HiddenServiceDir_ on Windows 7. Something like _C:\Users\username\tor\hidden_service\_ might be a better option (_C:\Documents and Settings_ is not accessible, and _AppData_ is a hidden directory by default).
