1.0 last call

The last 1.0 blocker ticket is closed. I intend to call this crate 1.0 soon, perhaps as early as after the Arti sync tomorrow evening.

@nickm, you will probably want to review what the new navbars look like, and see how they work, and also check that you're happy with the look of the front page.

Please let me know ASAP if you need more time. (For example, by opening a ticket or MR and attaching the 1.0 blocker label.)
