versions: Drop compatibility with d-d 0.9.x

We're going to start checking for stray #[adhoc] attributes. This will break compatibility, since old d-d's don't know how to do that.

We could do some complex compat thing somehow, but we've recently renamed everything and have warned users of the new name of this kind of thing. So I think breaking exported template compat now is OK.
