Draft: Begin migrating introduction.md to mdbook

Nick Mathewson requested to merge nickm/rust-derive-adhoc:mdbook into main

This branch:

  • Makes a new mdbook in book
  • Makes its rustdoc tests happen correctly.
  • Copies the contents of introduction.md into the mdbook
  • Starts editing the clone example.

I'm pausing now for feedback, but I'd like to merge this and go from there.
