This one comes from the Git repository and is a little more accurate
because it includes stuff like other Prometheus servers and more
service discovery mechanisms.
30 minutes is a long tiem. It's important for "rotation" hosts, because
of timing issues described in:
199a62a1 delay hosts and shutdown should not be the same for rotation hosts
... but for "justdoit" hosts, it shouldn't matter.
It seems the delay for the second rotation was changed without
changing the descriptive comment, in:
199a62a1 delay hosts and shutdown should not be the same for rotation hosts
It was also not clear which delay we were talking about here, adding
"every X" should clarify that.
