As part of the OKR 2022 Q1/Q2 plan, we have set the following key results in this objective:

1. David doesn't complain about "mail getting into spam" anymore (e.g. team#30608 (closed), team#34134, tpo/tpa/team#40170, team#40149 (closed))
2. RT is not full of spam (team#40425 (closed))
3. we can deliver and receive mail from state.gov (team#40202 (closed))
