improve the spam filter on the RT frontdesk
On frontdesk, we are consistently receiving nearly 1200-1300 spam tickets per month. Recently (since 17th September, 2021), we have started blocking certain recurring spammers on a user level, yet the statistics don't seem so promising. Since 18th September 00:00 UTC we have received 270 tickets in spam (and there's much more in the frontdesk queue which we haven't yet manually queued as spam). Would it be possible to do something on your end? :)
