What do the TBBs (2.x and 3.x) do when that url returns 404? Nothing too horrible I guess or everybody would be yelling now?
Unless I'm mistaken about what the url is, and this is just a false alarm?
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
