Integrate flashproxy into standard TBB

Considering the stability of flashproxy, as well as its serious utility, I would love it if flashproxy could be integrated into the standard TBB.

Right now, the PT bundle is buried deep inside the website and because of this, distribution is far more difficult than it needs to be.  Users from Iran and China have always been heavily represented when taking samples of connection data with Cupcake.  With that in mind, increasing the availability of flashproxy could have a dramatic positive impact on Tor's most censored users.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
