Tor Launcher's bridge settings prompt is worded confusingly when there's no provided bridges
When one has requested to use bridges, Tor Launcher's (version 0.2.5.2 or git @ commit 773de03) wizard says: "You may use the provided set of bridges or you may obtain and enter a custom set of bridges." If no list of bridges is provided that wording is confusing since it refers to an option ("use the provided set of bridges") that currently is hidden.
The prompt text should be changed to something more neutral that works in both cases, perhaps just "Configure bridges". Or why not remove it completely? The two radio button labels are instructive enough, so there is no need for a prompt that essentially repeats the information about what the choice is (if there indeed is a choice).
If you think the prompt has to elaborate on the choice when there is one, separate prompts should be used for each case.
