Download page still lists beta bundles
https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en#downloads still lists the download links for beta versions of the Tor Browser Bundle, however these links all return 404 errors now.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
