Links in Tor's README are outdated
The website links in Tor's README document still resolve fine, but each of them requires a website redirect--I suspect because they weren't updated as the website changed. Additionally the documentation on the wiki FAQ has been transferred over to the main website FAQ (c.f. #2133 (moved))
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
