integrate EFF's Privacy Badger extention into Tor Browser

I'm wondering whether it would be possible to integrate the EFF's new Privacy Badger extension into the Tor Browser Bundle.

To put it another way, to what extent do the concerns expressed in the "no filters" section of section 2.3 of the Tor Browser design document apply to Privacy Badger?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
