Enable ICU in Tor Browser builds based on Firefox ESR 31 for 64 bit OS X
Cross-compiling ICU for 32bit OS X is currently broken (see: #12812 (moved)) and not worth fixing given that we are about to stop 32bit support for OSX. It is therefore disable at the moment in .mozconfig-mac. Enable it again when we switch to 64bit builds.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
