Create graphical instructions for tor browser on linux

On https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en#linux, is just command line. Graphical instructions are easier for many people. Most desktop environments can handle the tar.xz format from the file manager.

The command line also works in OSX and Windows, so why not include those?
