Stop to build Windows bundles without documentation
Expert and vidalia bundles have no repos with scripts or build process documentation. Until such scripts published or #4520 (moved) resolved correctly no windows bundles (except Tor Browser) should be produced and distributed.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
