Implement GUI for administering OONI on raspberry pi

This GUI should allow the user to:

  1. Configure the device to connect to their wireless internet
  2. Monitor how many ooniprobe measurements have been run
  3. Configure how often ooniprobe should run
  4. Provide access to debug information useful to troubleshoot problems
  5. Grant ooni developers remote support access
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
