Whitelist EFF IP for Trac spam
HTTPS Everywhere has a large number of open tickets. When I go through to close them, I frequently run into the anti-spam captcha, which makes it difficult to work.
Could you please whitelist the EFF IP from the spam detection rules? Email jsha@eff.org for the address.
