Regression tests for blob URI isolation are broken

"Bug #15502 (moved), Part 2: Regression tests for blob URL isolation" is now broken, because Mozilla has apparently banned the use of Task.jsm in mochitests. So we'll need to rewrite this code with Promises to get it working again.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
