Circuit Build Times Unit Test Failure
The circuit_timeout test is failing randomly sometimes on the buildbots. This is due to the filter step where we convert large stored timeouts into the flagged synthetic values. The loss of accuracy is sometimes enough to cause the test to fail.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
