Hide or otherwise disable "Restart with Add-ons Disabled..."

Tor Browser still has the vanilla Firefox Restart with Add-ons Disabled... menu item under the Help menu. While this functionality is extremly useful for debugging vanilla Firefox Add-on/Extension issues, this should probably be hidden/disabled for Tor Browser since it is a giant "Make Tor Browser Not Work" button.

I suspect miniscule fraction of the userbase will complain if it goes missing, so perhaps it should only be hidden via a pref that controls this behavior.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
