tor-resolve: remove -F from usage

The -F option was removed from tor-resolve in 2011 (commit 57810c333a38c72c1e361c02e31de7712d1f221a). However, the usage line printed out by the program still lists it as a valid option:

Syntax: tor-resolve [-4] [-5] [-v] [-x] [-F] [-p port] hostname [sockshost[:socksport]]

Also, perhaps the SOCKS protocol version options could be listed in similar fashion than in the man page: [-4|-5].
