search.disconnect.me via Tor = poor connection

Recently, accessing to search.disconnect.me take very long time than usual, or just disconnected(can't connect). Other websites are working fine.
It's useless to me. Anyone have the same issue?
strangely, when I tried non-Tor IP address to connect search.disconnect.me, it shows instantly. Maybe search.disconnect.me is filtering tor connection in any way, like limiting speed.
