Let user configure proxy settings with Torbutton enabled

I'm using TBB as normal browser, using HTTP proxy(privoxy). To do this you have to disable Torbutton and TorLauncher.

By disabing Torbutton, I can set my own http proxy. However, when it's disabled,

  1. =(burger mark) > "(arrow) Firefox sync" button is appear
  2. = > (?) > "About Tor Browser" > it now says "Firefox ESR 6.0a5". etc.

So, why not allow user to set their own proxy with Torbutton enabled? When it's enabled, "Firefox ESR" will be replaced to "Tor Browser".

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
