Orbot doesn't start on Samsung Chromebook Pro

The Samsung Chromebook Pro (XE510C24-K01US) comes out of the box with Android support.

Orbot install was from Google Play.

When launching Orbot, the sidebar logs show:

checking binary version: null
upgrading binaries to latest version: 0.3.0.7-openssl1.0.2k-1
error finding exiting process: java.io.[FileNotFoundException](FileNotFoundException): x86/obfs4proxy.mp3

Once you click start, the sidebar log is empty.  Orbot says it is starting, but never gets any further.

Have tried restarting the chromebook w/ and w/o the start-on-boot. Made no difference.

Have not yet been able to figure out how to get logcat to connect to get better logs.

Version: 15.4.1-RC-1-multi (Tor 0.3.0.7-openssl1.0.2k-1)
