inconsistent burmese localization causes vidalia build to fail

Currently in Vidalia trunk, there are two half-implemented Burmese translation implementations, which cause Vidalia not to build. I'm not sure which one is the right one to use, but I created a patch that switches everything to 'my' from 'bms' since it seemed like the easiest fix.

Russian also isn't working now, but I don't know yet if that's caused by something I did or if I need to file a new ticket, but will report back when I figure it out.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
