Tor Browser freezes again when loading https://www.facebook.com/tr/ on a website

So, it seems the XSS filter has issues again with https://www.facebook.com/tr/, see #22362 (moved). It freezes again on sites that have this URL embedded,e.g. on http://zeit.de.

This is with NoScript 5.1.4.
