After loading file:// URLs clicking on links is broken on OS X and Linux

Related to #24052 (moved): If one loads file:// URLs in the URL bar and clicks on links then nothing happens, right-clicking and opening in a new tab does not work either.

A current workaround is dragging and dropping the link into a new tab.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
