Add heap space recommendation to tutorial
The tutorial 'Prerequisites' section should mention the possible heap space requirements of metrics-lib (see also metrics-team post).
Also keep in mind the results of #20395 (moved).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
