freeze Tor Browser due to NoScript's XSS filter

Again NoScript's XSS filter seems to cause a freezing Tor Browser in case https://www.facebook.com/tr/ is embedded. Loading zeit.de is an example where one can see that happen right now.

That's similar to #22362 (moved).

NoScript version is 5.1.8.4.
