The page has been replaced with the new OpenBSD chroot instructions.

More formatting cleanup needed, but it's fine and operational.

As this is still open I take the chance to mention that [[doc/TorInChroot]] is outdated as well. I linked to the current debian guide but this is not solution. "It will result in a Tor-Installation which will be run in a chroot-environment by the special user tor" is basically what a packaged installation achieves, so it would be better to replace the instructions with a link to the package. However on some installations (like shared hosting) apt and dpkg are not accessible and the instructions to install from source are helpful.
