Expire entries from 2016-01 to 2018-01 from the dirauth reject list
This is the ticket for the DocTor patch to the tracked_relays.cfg module.
Entries from 2016-01 up to 2018-01 will be expire from the current suggested reject list of the directory authorities.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
