Adapt text in notification bar about security slider to new onion icon

We say "The green onion menu now" etc. but there is no green icon anymore. I think we could just omit the color and are good.

Yes, thanks. I am sorry and not set back the state of the ticket but I think we squash it by solving #26490 (moved) which I'll submit a patch soon (TM).
