Sync git.torproject.org/sbws.git with github.com/torproject/sbws
In #27398 (moved), we moved pastly/simple-bw-scanner to torproject/sbws.
Now we need to update the git syncing for the new name.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
