Add [role] before the name because current system is hard to understand
example:
gk: (said something) new user: ...Who is GK?
Suggestion: Add a [role] system and use it for Tor Project owners.
gk ---> [Tor]gk
[Tor]gk: blah new user: Oh, gk is Tor staff!
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
