Can we get a private git repo for sponsor19 reporting?

Now that we have our sponsor19 coordination mailing list (#27964 (moved)), the next step is to make a git repo for pulling together our reports.

The reports themselves will be public, but we're going to be pulling them together in private, which is probably best anyway since then people can write draft text without worrying about people judging them for it. :)

So: can we get a git repo for this? A name like 'sponsor19' would work fine.

I guess we need to pick a set of people who can push? Here's a list of ldap names who should be able to push: arma kat irl ahf asn dgoulet sysrqb art agrabeli arthuredelstein isabela.

I am ok with limiting read access to these usernames too, or we could make it so anybody with an ldap account can read. Whatever is easier.

And since we don't want it world-readable, I assume there's no need to mess with gitweb.

Thanks!
