There are several FAQs, see torproject.org/faq, Will support.torproject.org be the new home?
Yes! It would be helpful if you or someone else could go through the FAQ and look for any questions that are not currently on the support portal, and then we can make sure that those get merged.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
